In the shop you can purchase a large range of strings, accessories, music stands and cases. We stock items by most of the major manufacturers. Many items are on display, so you can try them prior to purchase. If you need advice on any particular products, we are always happy to help.

We also have the music room where the instruments and bows can be tried in privacy.

Valuations

Your instruments can be valued for insurance purposes. We are agents for Allianz (formerly British Reserve) and New Moon musical instrument insurance companies.

Approval Scheme

Our approval scheme is available to all customers who are trying out instruments and bows with a view to purchase. We allow items to be taken out of the shop for a period of one week, subject to the usual guarantees and a small insurance fee.

Commission Sales

We take in some select instruments to sell on a commission basis. It is a ‘no sale, no fee’ scheme.

Mail Order Service

It may be you live out of the area or just can’t make it to the shop for your strings etc. Phone us and we can send them to you. Telephone orders are usually despatched same day, by first class post. We try to keep most items in stock.
